ADULT CLASSES
Please click the membership tab in the below schedule to see pricing options. We offer unlimited, 1 and 2 day a week packages, and punch cards! We are continuously adding more classes so please check back or reach out to us if you don’t see the time and option you are looking for.

You must be registered for class to attend. This helps us know who to expect so we can plan the session. 6:30am class will be cancelled if no one is signed up by 8pm the prior evening.
At Golden Sports Performance, we believe in the power of community, and one of our core values is fostering an environment where people can connect and motivate each other. To ensure a positive and dynamic experience for everyone, we require a minimum of three participants to hold a class. We’ve found that working out with others not only makes the session more fun but also creates a supportive atmosphere where everyone feels encouraged and energized. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you in class!
AdulT Robust Runner (Ages 19+)
This class is part run mechanics work and part strength. We combine the necessary mobility and small muscle work runners need to stay healthy.
We do banded mobility work, hip and core stabilization, movement prep, and work on muscle memory to keep you moving with efficiency out on the roads and trails!
8 week class. Next session starts December 2nd, 2024
Youth Sports Performance (Ages 9-13)
Our Youth Sports Performance Class is for athletes from any sport. For athletes in this age group we focus on being a great first introduction to the weight room. We work on patterning athletes to move as efficiently and as quickly as possible. Our goal is to make them as durable as possible so they can be ready for the long competitive season filled with tournaments and the high level of competition out there these days.
The sessions will focus on the following: general strength, explosive power, agility, and sprint mechanics. Athletes will leave this program a more confident athlete, ready for their best season yet.
Adult Endurance Athlete Strength (Ages 19+)
This class is for the outdoor enthusiasts who would rather spend their time outdoors but understand and appreciate the value of strength training for performance and longevity.
Our classes aren’t about unnecessary suffering. This class is for athletes who probably have another ride, run or swim later that day and don't see the value in grinding out a cardio heavy session in the gym. Instead we focus on getting you strong!

Youth Sports Performance (Ages 14-18)
Our Youth Sports Performance Class is for athletes from any sport. For this age group we increase the intensity, focus and application to sport. Our program is created with periodization and progression to ensure maximum results while increasing durability and reducing the chance of overuse injuries.
The sessions will focus on the following: general strength, explosive power, agility, and sprint mechanics. Athletes will leave this program a more confident athlete, ready for their best season yet.
