If group option is not the best fit for you or your athlete we also offer personal training. These 60 minutes sessions are tailored to your needs as an athlete. All ages and abilities welcome.
Remote Strength Training (Youth & Adult)
Individualized Strength Programming that progresses every 3-4 weeks

Strength Programming for 800m, 1600m, and 3200m youth athletes
No prior strength training experience needed
1:1 Running Form & Mechanics (Youth & Adult)
Work 1:1 with Coach Andrew Simmons to help identify weak areas and improve your running form. Each session is 75 minutes with a focus on filming and assessing your individual running form and mechanics.
Each session can be general in focus or we can focus on a specific area for improvement.
